Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Once cooked, remove from pan and toss in the citrus and chili olive oil.

Prepare the Maple Honey Glazed Bacon
In the same skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drizzle with maple syrup during the last minute of cooking and let it caramelize slightly.

Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each bun, place the lettuce, followed by the crispy chicken, maple glazed bacon, dill pickles, and a generous dollop of aioli. Top with the other half of the bun.
