Foam Lemon-lime Seltzer Recipe

Preparation Instructions

   Prepare the Simple Syrup

   In a small saucepan, combine equal parts water and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved completely. Allow to cool.

   Mix the Juices

   In a pitcher, combine fresh lemon juice and lime juice. Stir well.

   Combine Ingredients

   Add the cooled simple syrup to the juice mixture and stir. Then, add the sparkling water gently to avoid losing too much fizz.

   Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the lemon-lime seltzer over the ice. Garnish each glass with a mint leaf, a lemon slice, and a lime slice.
