Cocktail Preparation
Muddle the Sugar
In an Old Fashioned glass, place the sugar cube and add the Angostura bitters and water. Muddle them together until the sugar is dissolved.
Add Ice
Fill the glass with ice cubes, stirring gently to combine the ingredients.
Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and drop the peel into the glass. Add the maraschino cherry as a garnish.
