Tuna Poke Bowl Ingredients

Method

Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare Tuna

Cut the fresh sushi-grade tuna into bite-sized cubes. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the diced tuna and marinate for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook Glass Noodles

Prepare glass noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Grill Pineapple

Grill pineapple slices over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear. Dice into smaller pieces.

  4. 4

    Make Mango Salsa

Dice the mango, red onion, and cilantro. Mix together in a bowl and set aside.

  5. 5

    Prepare Cucumber

Slice the cucumber into sticks for serving.

  6. 6

    Prepare Spicy Ginger Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, mix grated ginger, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Adjust the spice level to taste.

  7. 7

    Assemble Poke Bowl

In a bowl, layer the glass noodles first, followed by marinated tuna, grilled pineapple, mango salsa, seaweed salad, and cucumber sticks. Drizzle with spicy ginger vinaigrette and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
