Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare and Cook the Chicken

Season the chicken thighs with jerk seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Alfredo Sauce

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water to reach desired consistency.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Add the cooked penne pasta to the alfredo sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Slice the jerk chicken and place on top of the pasta. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot with slices of Leidenheimer French bread on the side.
