Preparation Instructions
- 1
Cook the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Patton’s Hot Sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
- 2
Prepare Queso Blanco
In a saucepan, heat the queso blanco over low heat until melted and smooth, stirring occasionally. This should take about 5 minutes.
- 3
Assemble the Nachos
On a large serving platter or baking sheet, spread out a layer of tortilla chips. Evenly distribute the cooked sausage, red beans, and both types of cheese over the chips.
- 4
Melt the Cheese
Place the assembled nachos under a broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
- 5
Add Toppings
Remove the nachos from the oven and drizzle with jalapeño ranch dressing. Top with charred jalapeños and pico de gallo.
- 6
Serve
Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your Cabana Nachos!
