Cheesecake Base

Method

Cheesecake Filling

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crust

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and salt. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Crust

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even layer. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.

  3. 3

    Make the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, beat together 24 oz of cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  4. 4

    Add Eggs

Add 3 large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Ensure the mixture is smooth and well combined.

  5. 5

    Add Seasonal Flavor

Fold in 1 cup of your chosen seasonal ingredient (such as pumpkin puree, lemon zest, or berry puree) into the cream cheese mixture.

  6. 6

    Bake the Cheesecake

Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 60-70 minutes until the center is set. The edges may slightly crack.

  7. 7

    Cool and Chill

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour. Then, remove and let cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

  8. 8

    Serve

Remove the cheesecake from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled. Enjoy your seasonal cheesecake!
