- 2
- 3
Add Butter and Garlic
Reduce heat to medium-low, add butter and smashed garlic cloves to the skillet. Baste the steak with the melted butter for an additional 2 minutes.
- 4
Rest the Steak
Remove the filet mignon from the skillet and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Preparing the Lobster Tails
- 5
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 6
Prepare the Lobster
Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, exposing the meat. Gently pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell.
- 7
Season the Lobster
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and paprika. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- 8
Bake the Lobster
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- 9
Garnish and Serve
Once baked, remove the lobster from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving alongside the filet mignon.
