Prepare the Sauce
- 1
Make the Red Sauce
In a medium saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- 2
Simmer the Sauce
Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat. Allow it to cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.
Prepare the Cheese

Grate the Cheeses
While the sauce simmers, grate the fresh mozzarella and provolone cheeses if not pre-grated, and set aside in a mixing bowl.
Assemble the Dish

Layer the Ingredients
In a baking dish, spread a layer of the red sauce evenly on the bottom. Then, sprinkle half of the grated mozzarella and provolone cheeses over the sauce.
- 5
Add Pepperoni
Evenly distribute the double smoked pepperoni over the cheese layer.
- 6
Top with Remaining Cheese
Add the remaining mozzarella and provolone cheese on top of the pepperoni.
- 7
Sprinkle Oregano Salt
Finally, sprinkle the oregano salt over the top layer of cheese.
Bake the Dish
- 8
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 9
Bake
Place the assembled dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- 10
Cool and Serve
Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
