Prepare the Glass
Take a wine glass or a large spritz glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Add Limoncello
Pour 2 oz of Limoncello over the ice in the glass.

Pour Cava
Slowly pour 4 oz of Cava into the glass over the Limoncello, allowing the sparkling wine to mix gently.

Top with Sparkling Water
Add 2 oz of sparkling water to the glass to lighten the drink and add effervescence.

Garnish
Garnish your spritz with 2 slices of fresh lemon and 5 mint leaves for a refreshing aroma and taste.

Give a gentle stir to mix the ingredients and serve immediately with a straw or a stirrer.
