Preparation

   Chill the Glass

   Begin by chilling a coupe or cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.

   Combine Ingredients

   In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the Haus Aquavit, Contratto Bianco Vermouth, and Lillet Blanc.

   Stir the Mixture

   Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

   Discard the ice water from the chilled glass and strain the mixture into the glass.

   Express the oils from a lemon twist over the drink by holding it over the glass and giving it a gentle squeeze, then drop it into the drink as a garnish.
