Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed French bread with white and dark chocolate chips and chopped pecans. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the custard mixture over the bread mixture. Gently fold to combine and ensure all bread pieces are soaked.

Divide the mixture into greased ramekins or a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the custard is set and the tops are golden.
