Preparation
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Bake the Wings
Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and fully cooked.
Sauce Preparation
Prepare Tequila Lime Sauce
In a small bowl, combine tequila and lime juice. Mix well.
Prepare Sriracha Bourbon Sauce
In another bowl, mix together sriracha sauce and bourbon until well combined.
Prepare Old Bay Sauce
Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning over the wings after baking and toss to coat.
Prepare Pineapple Habanero Sauce
In a small bowl, combine pineapple juice and minced habanero pepper. Mix well.

Simply have your favorite hot sauce ready to toss with the wings.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, and ranch seasoning to create homemade ranch dressing. Serve with blue cheese crumbles on the side.
