Main Ingredient

Seasonal Vegetables

Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon fillets and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat Grill

While the salmon is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and cut the asparagus into 2-inch pieces. Slice the bell peppers into strips and the zucchini into half-moon shapes.

  2. 4

    Season the Vegetables

In a large mixing bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Grilling

  1. 5

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets onto the preheated grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  2. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, place the seasoned vegetables on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the salmon and vegetables from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables on a plate. Enjoy your meal!
