Method

Cinnamon Roll Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast on top and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

  2. 2

    Mix in Ingredients

Add melted butter, eggs, flour, cinnamon, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.

  3. 3

    Knead the Dough

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  4. 4

    Let it Rise

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

  5. 5

    Shape the Rolls

Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture, and roll it up tightly. Cut into 12 rolls.

  6. 6

    Second Rise

Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.

  7. 7

    Bake the Rolls

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Filling and Assembly

  1. 8

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

  2. 9

    Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until cooked through.

  3. 10

    Assemble the Sandwiches

Slice the cinnamon rolls in half, layer with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Press together and toast in the skillet until the cheese melts.

Home Fries Preparation

  1. 11

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes, leaving the skin on for extra texture.

  2. 12

    Cook the Potatoes

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy.
