Pork Tenderloin

Method

Pork Tenderloin Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Season the Pork

Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Bake the Pork

Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Sandwich Assembly

  1. 4

    Prepare the Buns

While the pork is resting, slice the potato buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Sandwich

Layer the sliced pork tenderloin onto the bottom half of each bun. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, red sauce, and pickled peppers. Close the sandwiches with the top half of the buns.

Parmesan-Herb Fries

  1. 6

    Cook the Fries

Bake the frozen French fries according to the package instructions until crispy.

  2. 7

    Add Cheese and Herbs

Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, dried herbs, and salt. Toss gently to combine.
