Pork Tenderloin Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bake the Pork
Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Buns
While the pork is resting, slice the potato buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.

Assemble the Sandwich
Layer the sliced pork tenderloin onto the bottom half of each bun. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, red sauce, and pickled peppers. Close the sandwiches with the top half of the buns.

Cook the Fries
Bake the frozen French fries according to the package instructions until crispy.

Add Cheese and Herbs
Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, dried herbs, and salt. Toss gently to combine.
