Method

Meats Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, combine BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and brown sugar. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Meats

Place the chicken thighs, pork ribs, and beef brisket in a large dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the meats, ensuring they are well coated. Cover or seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Cooking the Meats

  1. 3

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, arrange coals for direct grilling.

  2. 4

    Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  3. 5

    Grill the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for 1-1.5 hours, turning occasionally, until they are tender and the meat pulls away from the bone.

  4. 6

    Grill the Brisket

Remove the brisket from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 1.5-2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C), resting the meat for 15 minutes before slicing.

Sides Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare the Corn

While the meats are grilling, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the corn on the cob and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

  2. 8

    Prepare the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix and coleslaw dressing. Toss together until the mix is evenly coated. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  3. 9

    Heat the Baked Beans

Open the cans of baked beans and pour them into a pot. Heat over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
