Cocktail Preparation

   Mixing the Ingredients

   In a mixing glass, combine the Del Maguey Los Milpas Mezcal, Strega Liqueur, Dry Curaçao, and orange bitters. Fill the glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

   Straining and Serving

   Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.

   Garnishing

   Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and then drop it in as a garnish.
