Blend peach pits with water, sugar, and a splash of almond extract. Strain to achieve a smooth syrup.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the infused bourbon, Cocchi Rosa, Amaro Nonino, peach-infused comparison, and peach pit orgeat. Shake well until chilled.
