Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, mix the dry aged ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burgers

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Add cheddar slices on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  3. 3

    Toast the Buns

While the burgers are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet until golden brown.

Green Peppercorn Mayo Preparation

  1. 4

    Make the Mayo

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, green peppercorns, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prep the Fries

Cut the potatoes into fry shapes and soak them in water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry.

  2. 6

    Cook the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the potatoes with olive oil and salt. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.

Salad Preparation

  1. 7

    Toss the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
