Prepare the peach puree
In a blender, puree ripe peaches until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve to remove any pulp if desired.

Combine ingredients
In a champagne flute, add 1 oz of peach puree.

Add Prosecco
Slowly pour in chilled Prosecco over the peach puree until the glass is nearly full.

Garnish and serve
Slice the fresh peach and place a slice on the rim of the glass for garnish. Serve immediately.
