Decide whether you want a physical gift card or a digital gift card code. Choose the amount you want to load onto the card—this offering supports any amount.

Purchase the gift card either in-store or online. If purchasing in-store, keep the receipt/confirmation. If purchasing online, save the digital code and order confirmation email.

If you purchased a physical card, ensure it is activated at checkout. Verify the activation by checking the receipt or confirmation screen.

For digital cards, verify the email containing the gift card code or copy the code to a secure location for later delivery.

Presentation & Personalization

Prepare the card

Select an appropriately sized greeting card or note. Write your personal message using the pen. Include the gift amount only if you prefer; otherwise keep it private.

Place the physical gift card into the sleeve or envelope. If using a digital code, print the code on a small card or write it in the greeting card, or plan to paste it into an email.

Add decorative tissue or wrap the card as desired. Tie with ribbon or twine if using an envelope or gift box.

If including a printed receipt or purchase confirmation, tuck it into the envelope for the recipient's records (optional but recommended for large amounts).

Delivery (optional)

If hand-delivering, bring the wrapped card and present it to the recipient.

For mailing a physical card, place it into a shipping envelope or padded mailer. Add the recipient's name and address, purchase postage, and obtain a tracking number if desired. Keep the tracking number for your records.

For digital delivery, compose an email or text to the recipient. Paste the gift card code and any redemption instructions, include your personalized message, and send to the recipient's email address or phone number.

Confirm receipt if you want to ensure the recipient received and can redeem the card. Offer to assist if they encounter any problems redeeming the amount.
