Prepare the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Season the Beef
Add taco seasoning to the cooked beef. Stir in 1/4 cup of water and let it simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Prepare Taco Shells
While the beef is simmering, warm the taco shells in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes or until crispy.

Prepare Chicken Taco
Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until they are soft and pliable. Fill each with a portion of the cooked chicken.

Prepare Tostada
Spread refried beans over the tostada shell and top it with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.

Fill the warmed taco shells with the seasoned beef. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
