Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside. Dice the ham and tomatoes, and set them aside as well.

Prepare the Avocado
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until it's creamy but still has some chunks.

Mix the Salad
Add the chopped chicken, diced ham, diced tomatoes, croutons, and shredded cheese to the bowl with the mashed avocado.

Combine the Ingredients
Gently toss all the ingredients together until they are well mixed, ensuring the avocado coats everything evenly.

Serve
Transfer the guacamole salad to a serving bowl. Serve immediately with crackers on the side, or chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving.
