Bean Burrito

Beef Taco on Corn Tortilla

Cheese Enchilada

Method

Bean Burrito

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mix the refried beans, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, and chopped cilantro until well combined.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Burrito

Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add half of the bean filling to the center, and roll it tightly. Repeat with the second tortilla.

Beef Taco on Corn Tortilla

  1. 3

    Cook the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

  2. 4

    Season the Beef

Add taco seasoning to the beef in the skillet, along with a splash of water. Stir and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

  3. 5

    Assemble the Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan. Add a spoonful of the beef mixture to each tortilla, then top with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sour cream.

Cheese Enchilada

  1. 6

    Prepare the Enchiladas

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a baking dish, pour some enchilada sauce to coat the bottom.

  2. 7

    Assemble and Bake

Fill each corn tortilla with shredded cheese and chopped onions, roll them up, and place seam-side down in the baking dish. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with extra cheese.

  3. 8

    Bake

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

French Fries

  1. 9

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries.

  2. 10

    Season and Bake

Place the fries in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. 11

    Bake the Fries

Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
