Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned (about 5-7 minutes).

  2. 2

    Season the Pork

Once the pork is browned, stir in the taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fully combined.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Avocado

While the pork is cooking, slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork, then add lime juice and stir to combine.

  4. 4

    Warm the Tortillas

Wrap the flour tortillas in foil and place them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until warm.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burritos

On each tortilla, layer a portion of the seasoned pork, black beans, mashed avocado, shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and chopped cilantro.

  6. 6

    Wrap the Burritos

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

  7. 7

    Serve

Cut the burritos in half if desired and serve immediately. Enjoy your Avocado & Pork Burritos!
