Crostini Ingredients

Method

Crostini Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Baguette

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil.

  2. 2

    Toast the Baguette

Bake the baguette slices in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

  3. 3

    Spread Goat Cheese

While the crostini is still warm, spread a generous layer of goat cheese on each slice.

  4. 4

    Add Olive Tapenade

Top each goat cheese spread crostini with a spoonful of olive tapenade.

  5. 5

    Drizzle Honey

Drizzle a small amount of honey over the tapenade on each crostini.

  6. 6

    Top with Arugula

Finish each crostini with a small handful of fresh arugula. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. 7

    Serve

Arrange the crostini on a platter and serve immediately as an appetizer or snack.
