Squeeze Oranges
Start by squeezing fresh oranges to extract juice. Aim for approximately 2 cups of juice. You can use a citrus juicer or a manual juicer for this task.

Chill the Glasses
If desired, chill your champagne flutes in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes for a refreshing experience.
Mixing the Mimosa

Combine Ingredients
In each chilled champagne flute, pour 1 part fresh orange juice to 2 parts J. Roget Brut. For example, if using a standard champagne flute, pour in 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice followed by 1 cup of J. Roget Brut.

If desired, add a slice of orange to the rim of the glass for garnish.
