Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Squeeze Oranges

Start by squeezing fresh oranges to extract juice. Aim for approximately 2 cups of juice. You can use a citrus juicer or a manual juicer for this task.

  2. 2

    Chill the Glasses

If desired, chill your champagne flutes in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes for a refreshing experience.

Mixing the Mimosa

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In each chilled champagne flute, pour 1 part fresh orange juice to 2 parts J. Roget Brut. For example, if using a standard champagne flute, pour in 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice followed by 1 cup of J. Roget Brut.

  2. 4

    Garnish (Optional)

If desired, add a slice of orange to the rim of the glass for garnish.
