Method

House Margarita

    Prepare the Glass

    Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip it into salt to coat the rim.

    Mix the Ingredients

    In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and simple syrup.

    Shake

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

    Strain and Serve

    Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Skinny Margarita

    Prepare the Glass

    Use a lime wedge to wet the rim of the glass and dip into salt or leave it plain for a skinny version.

    In a cocktail shaker, add tequila, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and soda water.
