Slice the boneless chicken breasts into thin strips and place them in a bowl.

Add garlic powder, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the chicken. Drizzle with olive oil and mix until evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Slice the Vegetables
While the chicken is marinating, slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a bit of olive oil. Once hot, add the marinated chicken strips and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Mix well and heat through for an additional 2 minutes.

In a separate dry skillet, warm the flour tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
