Preparation of Seafood

Prepare the Shrimp

Peel and devein the shrimp. Cut them into small, bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Mahi Mahi

Cut the mahi mahi into small, bite-sized cubes.

Mixing Ingredients

Combine Seafood

In a large bowl, combine the prepared shrimp and mahi mahi.

Add Citrus Juices

Pour the lime juice and lemon juice over the seafood. Stir gently to coat all the pieces.

Add Fruits and Vegetables

Prepare Mango

Peel and dice the mango into small cubes.

Prepare Avocado

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and dice it.

Chop Onion and Cilantro

Finely chop the red onion and cilantro.

Combine Fruits and Vegetables

Gently fold the mango, avocado, red onion, and cilantro into the seafood mixture.

Final Touch

Season with Tajín

Sprinkle Tajín seasoning over the ceviche and mix lightly to combine.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
