Pork Ribeye

Prepare the Glaze
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until well combined.

Season the Pork
Season both sides of the pork ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper.

Glaze the Pork
Brush the glaze mixture generously over the steaks in the last minute of cooking to caramelize the glaze.

Rest the Steaks
Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Potato Salad

Mix the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, salt, black pepper, and chives. Stir until well combined.

Chill
Refrigerate the potato salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

Sprinkle paprika over the salad just before serving for added color.

In a bowl, combine cornmeal, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
