Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the apple wood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.

  2. 2

    Sear the Salmon

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. In the same skillet with the bacon drippings, add olive oil if necessary, and sear the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Garlic and Broccoli Slaw

Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for a minute. Then, add the broccoli slaw and sauté until just tender, about 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine Sauces

In a small bowl, mix the Sriracha sauce and sweet Thai chili sauce together. Pour this sauce over the salmon and broccoli slaw in the skillet, cooking for another minute to heat through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Crumble the crispy bacon over the top and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
