Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the green onions and slice the Andouille sausage into bite-sized pieces.

Cook the Sausage
In a large skillet, cook the Andouille sausage over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Crawfish
Add the crawfish tails to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine with Creole Sauce
Stir in the Creole sauce and cook until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

Add Cheese and Green Onions
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the Muenster cheese and chopped green onions until the cheese is melted.

Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
