Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brisket

Season the brisket with salt and black pepper. Sear it in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat until browned on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Brisket

Transfer the seared brisket to a slow cooker. Add the jerk glaze and cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.

  3. 3

    Fry the Cheese Curds

In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add cheese curds and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Cook the Jalapeño Bacon

In the same frying pan, cook the jalapeño bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Bokor

Slice the brisket and layer it on a plate. Top with fried cheese curds and jalapeño bacon. Drizzle additional jerk glaze on top if desired.
