In a blender, combine 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, and 6 oz of pineapple juice.

Blend the mixture on high speed until it is smooth and creamy, approximately 30 seconds.

Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass.

Garnish the cocktail with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on top.
