Boil the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring the water to a rolling boil. Add the salt to the boiling water.

Cook the Shrimp
Once the water is boiling, add the jumbo shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Do not overcook.

Drain and Serve
Drain the shrimp and arrange them on a serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges.

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until well combined.

Season to Taste
Add salt to taste, adjusting the flavor as desired.

Chill the Sauce
Refrigerate the cocktail sauce for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
