Salad Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove any wilted or damaged leaves. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or salad spinner.
- 2
Chop the Lettuce
Once the lettuce is dry, chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
- 3
Add Croutons and Parmesan
Sprinkle the croutons and grated parmesan cheese over the chopped romaine lettuce in the salad bowl.
Dressing Preparation
- 4
Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, minced anchovy fillets, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
- 5
Dress the Salad
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad ingredients in the bowl. Toss gently to coat the lettuce, croutons, and parmesan evenly with the dressing.
