Prepare the Cheeses
Cut the mozzarella cheese into bite-sized balls or slices. Grate the Parmesan cheese and crumble the Gorgonzola cheese into small pieces.

Prepare the Meats
Slice the prosciutto, salami, and capicola into thin strips or rounds, arranging them aesthetically on the board.

Prepare the Vegetables
Drain and rinse the mixed olives. Cut the roasted red peppers into strips and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Prepare the Condiments
In a small bowl, combine the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze. Set aside for drizzling.

Arrange the Ingredients
On a large serving board or platter, start by placing the cheeses in one section, followed by the meats in another. Fill the remaining space with olives, roasted peppers, and cherry tomatoes.

Finish with Garnish
Drizzle the prepared extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the entire board. Garnish with fresh basil leaves scattered throughout.
