Fries and Toppings

Method

Preparation and Assembly

  1. 1

    Cook the Fries

Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, usually about 25-30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Bacon

While the fries are baking, cook the bacon strips in a frying pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and let them drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop them into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Heat the Chili

If using canned chili, heat it in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through. If using homemade chili, reheat it as needed.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Three-Way Fries

Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven. On a large serving platter, layer the hot fries, followed by the warm chili, crispy bacon pieces, and finally sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. You can also add chopped green onions for garnish.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Large Three-Way Fries hot with a side of sour cream and additional toppings if desired.
