Pulled Pork

    Prepare the Pork

    Rub the pork shoulder with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Place in a slow cooker with apple cider vinegar and cook on low for 8 hours.

    Shred the Pork

    Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks and mix with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce. Keep warm.

Cole Slaw

    Mix the Slaw

    In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.

White Cheddar Macaroni

    Cook the Macaroni

    Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    Make the Cheese Sauce

    In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to create a roux. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Stir in shredded white cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper until melted and smooth.

    Mix the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce until well combined.

Assembly

    Assemble the Sandwiches

    Slice open the hoagie rolls and layer with pulled pork, cole slaw, and white cheddar macaroni. Serve warm.
