Salsa Verde

Method

Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Sear the Salmon

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets, skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.

  3. 3

    Finish Cooking

Carefully flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove salmon from skillet and serve with lemon wedges.

Garlic Noodles

  1. 5

    Cook the Noodles

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti or linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 6

    Prepare Garlic Butter

In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 7

    Combine Noodles and Sauce

Add cooked noodles back into the pot, along with soy sauce and sliced green onions. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Salsa Verde

  1. 8

    Mix the Ingredients

In a bowl, combine chopped parsley, chopped basil, chopped capers, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 9

    Blend the Salsa Verde

Stir the mixture until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Garnish

  1. 10

    Serve with Parmesan

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the garlic noodles before serving the salmon on top.
