Prepare the Salmon
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Sear the Salmon
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets, skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.

Finish Cooking
Carefully flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Combine Noodles and Sauce
Add cooked noodles back into the pot, along with soy sauce and sliced green onions. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Salsa Verde

Blend the Salsa Verde
Stir the mixture until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Garnish

Serve with Parmesan
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the garlic noodles before serving the salmon on top.
