Juice Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Oranges

Cut the oranges in half and juice them using a citrus juicer or a manual juicer until you have approximately 6 cups of fresh orange juice.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Apples

Wash, core, and slice the apples. Place the apple slices in a blender with a little water to help with blending. Blend until smooth and then strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to extract about 4 cups of apple juice.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Pineapple

Peel and core the pineapple. Cut it into chunks and blend the chunks with 1 cup of water until smooth. Strain the mixture to obtain about 2 cups of pineapple juice.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Cranberry Juice

If using fresh cranberries, rinse them and boil them in 2 cups of water for about 10 minutes until they burst. Strain the mixture to extract about 2 cups of cranberry juice. If using store-bought cranberry juice, skip this step.

  5. 5

    Mix the Juices

In a large pitcher, combine the freshly prepared orange juice, apple juice, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. Stir well to mix all the flavors together.

  6. 6

    Taste and Adjust

Taste the juice mixture and add sugar if desired, stirring until it is completely dissolved. Adjust sweetness to your preference.

  7. 7

    Serve

Pour the mixed juice into glasses over ice if desired. Garnish with a slice of orange or a cherry on top for presentation.
