Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). This will ensure that the fondants bake evenly.

Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Melt them together over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Combine Sugar and Eggs
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and large eggs until the mixture is pale and thick.

Add Flour and Vanilla
Sift in the all-purpose flour and add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Baking

Fill Ramekins
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.

Cool Slightly
Remove the ramekins from the oven and let them cool for about 2 minutes before inverting onto plates.
