Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Glass
Rim a chilled cocktail glass with flaked coconut by moistening the rim with a little pineapple juice and dipping it into the flaked coconut.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1800 Tequila, coconut triple sec, piña colada mix, Coco Lopez cream of coconut, and pineapple juice. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake Well
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
Add Blue Curacao
Slowly pour the blue curacao over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect on top of the drink.
Garnish
Add additional flaked coconut on top as a garnish and serve immediately.
