Combine Filling Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, and taco seasoning. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined and creamy.
Assembling the Enchiladas

Prepare Tortillas
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side to make them pliable.

Fill the Tortillas
Spoon a generous amount of the chicken filling onto the center of each tortilla. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
Baking

Add Sauce and Cheese
Pour the enchilada sauce evenly over the rolled enchiladas in the baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.

Bake
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving

Serve Hot
Remove the enchiladas from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve hot with additional sour cream or toppings of your choice.
