Prepare the Pork
Cut the pork shoulder into small chunks and season them with salt, black pepper, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Ensure all pieces are evenly coated.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent and slightly caramelized.

Add Cilantro
Once the pork is fully cooked, stir in the chopped cilantro and lime juice. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Assemble Tacos
Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave. Place a generous amount of the spicy pork mixture onto each tortilla, and top with additional cilantro and diced onions if desired. Serve with lime wedges.
