Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Shrimp

Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ground Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Remove from heat.

Mixing

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef, cooked shrimp, shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Baking

  1. 5

    Bake the Dip

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden on top.

Garnishing and Serving

  1. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot with tortilla chips.
