Prepare the Ice Cream Balls
Scoop the vanilla ice cream into 4 equal balls using an ice cream scoop. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 1 hour, or until very firm.

Prepare the Coating
In a large bowl, crush the cornflakes into fine pieces. Mix in the ground cinnamon and granulated sugar until well combined.

Heat the Oil
In a deep fryer or a large, deep pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Ice Cream Balls
Carefully place one or two coated ice cream balls into the hot oil. Fry for about 20-30 seconds, or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Repeat until all balls are fried.
Serving

Assemble the Dish
Place each fried ice cream ball in a serving dish. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Drizzle chocolate and strawberry syrup over the top to taste. Serve immediately.
