Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Filling
If using bananas, peel and slice them into thin pieces. For chocolate lovers, measure out the chocolate chips.
- 2
Assemble the Burrito
Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center, add either the sliced bananas or chocolate chips. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a burrito shape.
Frying
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches about 350°F (175°C). You can test the heat by dropping a small piece of tortilla in; it should sizzle immediately.
- 4
Fry the Burrito
Carefully place the assembled burritos in the hot oil, a few at a time, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove the burritos and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Plate the Dessert
Place each fried burrito on a plate. Drizzle honey, strawberry syrup, and chocolate syrup over the top. Add a generous dollop of whipped cream. Serve with a scoop of ice cream on the side.
